Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Names, birth dates, or other terms entered in a search tool go directly to the outside provider that operates it. That company processes the request and supplies its results. Faulkner County Warrant Records does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When you email us, the message may be kept long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Standard technical information may be collected when a page loads, including:
- Your device’s internet protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Operating system and device category
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- A referring website, when available
- The time and date of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files stored on a device. They and analytics services help measure aggregate traffic, popular pages, and where visits end. Browser controls can block or remove cookies, although doing so may change how parts of the website function.
What We Do With This Data
Collected information supports ordinary website operations. Uses may include:
- Operating the website and improving load performance
- Routing a search request to the selected partner
- Understanding which resources visitors use
- Finding and correcting technical faults
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Warrant Data on File
Faulkner County Warrant Records does not host, maintain, sell, or compile a database of warrants or personal warrant records. It provides general directions to the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office, Faulkner County Circuit Clerk, district-court divisions, and Arkansas court resources. Arkansas has no single public statewide warrant portal. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search tools displayed on the website. Information submitted through a tool is subject to that provider’s privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices, not this policy. Review the provider’s terms before entering personal information because Faulkner County Warrant Records does not control those practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office, Search ARCourts, Faulkner County courts, government records pages, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination’s privacy policy applies. Review it before disclosing personal data.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select targeted advertisements. That processing is controlled by those providers.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold. Limited information may be provided to:
- A search partner processing a query
- Analytics vendors measuring use and performance
- Advertising networks delivering advertisements
- A government or law-enforcement body acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used safeguards protect information under our control. No internet system or transmission method is completely secure, however, so absolute protection against every unauthorized event cannot be guaranteed.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If information from a minor is identified, a request may be made for its deletion.
Your Data Rights
Rights differ based on a visitor’s location and the law that applies. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967, including Ark. Code §25-19-105, governs access to qualifying public records held by Arkansas public custodians. It is not a general consumer privacy statute and does not create access rights to private website data. Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Ask what personal information we retain about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Ask for deletion of information where legally available
- Opt out of certain processing where the law provides that choice
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as practices or legal requirements change. A revised version will be posted here with its new effective date.
